Refund policy

At EverTrend, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

•        The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

•        All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

•        Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

•        The item must not be from our non-returnable categories (see below)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

•        Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page

•        Customised or personalised products

•        Perishable goods or consumables

•        Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

•        Items returned without prior approval from our team

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

•        Email us at support@evertrend.in with your order number and reason for return

•        Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions

•        Ship the item back to the address provided, using a trackable courier service

•        Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

•        Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

•        Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

•        In the case of bank transfers, additional processing time may apply

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@evertrend.in with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
