Shipping policy

At EverTrend, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

        Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

        Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

        Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a specified threshold (displayed on our website).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website or by contacting us at support@evertrend.in.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at the nearest courier hub for pickup. If unclaimed, the order will be returned to us.

6. Incorrect Address

EverTrend is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at the time of order. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at support@evertrend.in. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future — stay tuned for updates.
